Ingredients

  • 1 potato between 120g and 140g
  • 4 cloves of new garlic
  • 25cl of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 1 garlic press

Preparation Steps

1. Cook the potato in a saucepan of salted water. Cool it before peeling and mashing it with a fork on a plate.

2. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them, then mix them with the mashed potato and add salt and pepper.

3. Pour the olive oil bit by bit while mixing regularly until all the oil is incorporated and you obtain a thick cream.
